The rate for this product is applicable to the 'Standard Chartered Home Loan' product which can be for the purpose of a apartment, new house or renovation/extension of existing property. This loan requires the applicant to have a minimum of BDT of 25,000 and minimum age of 25 and maximum age of 65. Loan aount is up to BDT 10,000,000 with loan value ratio of up to 70% of property value. Note processing fees may also apply.

Loan rates are effective from 1 Jan 2015, with a loan amount between BDT 750,000 - BDT 10,000,000, max loan value is 70% of the property value. Loan terms from 5 -25 years. Risk category 1 applies.
